Our goal is to ship all orders within 10 business days or less, depending on the volume of orders we need to process. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for shipments to arrive once tracking number has been received for domestic shipments. For international shipments allow up to 10-15 business days.
No cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 9 days. In the event that your order has not shipped within 9 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective contact us via email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen or damaged packages. If you entered the wrong shipping address we are not responsible for re-shipping the item, you may be asked to purchase postage to re-ship the item if it is returned to sender.
